Group 1 Security is currently seeking reliable and motivated Security Officers to work at a high-profile site in the Townsville area. We have both permanent part-time and casual positions available.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Deliver a high level of customer service to visitors, staff, and contractors
- Accurately record incidents, activities, and daily information
- Communicate effectively with site management and workers
- Prepare clear and detailed reports when required
- Follow Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures and identify any safety concerns
- Review and provide feedback on reports when necessary

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

- Fluent English communication skills
- Robust interpersonal and people skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with management and staff




- Good judgement and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good written communication and report writing ability
- Current QLD Security Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
