About the Role Join one of Australia's leading security organisations and play a vital role in protecting critical Defence infrastructure across Western Sydney. MSS Security is seeking professional and reliable Defence Security Relievers to support operations across four Defence sites: Glenbrook, Holsworthy, Richmond and Orchard Hills. This unique position offers the chance to work across multiple Defence environments, gain broad operational experience, and build a rewarding long‑term career within the Defence sector.

You are professional, adaptable, and committed to delivering high standards of security and customer service while working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications - Australian Citizenship – required for Defence security clearance eligibility.





- A current Security License valid in NSW.
- Baseline Defence Clearance or willingness to obtain a Baseline Clearance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with Defence personnel and site stakeholders.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Strong sense of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Previous security experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Veterans are encouraged to apply.
