We work with many A Grade commercial sites, high riser apartments and government customers to provide a wide range of electronic solutions. We are seeking a Security technician role to program and set up security systems, you will work with service project managers to ensure that the projects are being delivered according to specifications and design intentions. Candidates must be team players who enjoy working with others.

This is a permanent Senior Service Technician based in Melbourne In addition, the applicant will need to possess the following requirements:
- You are required to be an experienced Security Technician, with particular skill in IT Networking, CCTV, Alarms, Access Control and IP Intercom systems, experience with Inner Range, Salto, Protege, Motorola, Salto, Genetec, NX Witness, Bosch, Dahua, Milestone and Hikvision
- Ability to service and maintain Intercom/ Access Control & CCTV Solutions including ICN platforms
- Experience with managing onsite jobs / possess Project management skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Red or white ticket, Victoria security licence, Victoria drivers licence & EWP licence
- Good attitude and work ethics
- Be well organized and responsive to customers

- Relevant technical qualification or training in security systems and equipment
- Demonstrated experience in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites as required
