We are looking for full time permanent Service Technicians and Traineesto join our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast Teams.

Duties -
- Service and maintenance of a diverse range of electronic security equipment, access control. intercom, CCTV and public address systems
- Liaise with customers on site specific security requirements
- Conduct site inspections for preparation of quotations
- Works include servicing the government sector, police stations, schools, court houses and Queensland Rail
- Work closely with our other team members
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- High attention to detail administratively and technically
Qualifications -
- Current drivers licence (manual)
- Queensland Security Provider Licence - Installer and advisor
- General induction white card
- Open cabling licence with endorsements
- Blue card (working with children)
- Inner range (Concept/Integriti) and Tecom Challenger accreditations (Advantageous)
- Australian citizenship is required for this position
Experience -
- Knowledge of varying electronic security system platforms Inner Range and Tecom Challenger.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with electronic security systems required
- A minimum of 18 months experience with electronic security systems is required
- Knowledge of IP and analogue CCTV platforms
- Knowledge of intercom, public address systems
- Data and cabling installation experience
- Experience in IP networking
- 1-2 years hands-on IP networking experience required
- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Desire to learn and strive for continuous improvement
- RIW rail worker industry card and SARC secure access to rail corridor cards advantageous
