This is an account management role first and foremost. You'll own client relationships, lead accounts strategically, and be the person clients trust to tell them what's working and what to do next.

Here's what you're walking into

- Own and grow a portfolio of retainer and project clients across retail, events, agriculture, mining and more

- Bring strategic thinking to every client conversation and help shape the direction of their work

- Run client campaigns across paid search, SEO and CRM, keeping everything on time and on scope

- Work closely with our data analyst, who builds the reporting, and turn it into clear, confident client conversations

- Spot growth opportunities and help clients see what's possible





- Inspire and mentor team members across the agency

You'll fit right in if...

- You've got 5+ years in agency account management or client services

- You can read campaign performance data and turn it into a transparent recommendation clients act on

- You're comfortable in the language of Google Ads, GA4, Meta and SEO, even if someone else runs the day to day

- You genuinely care about your clients' success and what digital does for their bottom line

- You know how to keep multiple projects and personalities moving at once

- You want to be part of something that's building, not just maintaining

A couple of things we need

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A suitable home office setup for WFH days, as client meetings happen remotely too
