KeyMoves is partnering with boutique accounting firm, with a satellite office in Melbourne CBD, to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant to work 100% remote from anywhere in Australia

You’ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including dynamic privately owned businesses, high-profile individuals, and SMEs across a range of industries, providing strong exposure to both compliance and advisory work.

Responsibilities:

- Managing a portfolio of SME clients
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS




- Delivering tax planning and strategic advisory to clients
- Managing client relationships from day one
- Collaborating with Partners and Managers to deliver high-quality service
- Mentoring junior and offshore staff and reviewing work as needed

Requirements

- 5 years + experience working working within Business Services / Business Advisory services (In Australia)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written;
- Strong understanding of various structures (e.g. trust, companies and partnerships)
- Experience in managing, delegation and reviewing junior team members
