We're partnering with one of Australia's leading national architecture and design practices, renowned for delivering award-winning residential, mixed-use and Build to Rent developments across the country.
Following continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, the Sydney studio is looking to appoint a Senior Architect to play a key role in delivering some of the city's most significant residential projects.
This is more than a documentation role. You'll work closely with Partners, Directors and senior project teams, leading projects from design development through to delivery while helping shape outcomes that positively contribute to Sydney's built environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale residential, mixed-use and Build to Rent projects.
- Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Produce and oversee high-quality Revit documentation throughout all project phases.
- Maintain design intent while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high technical standard.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project challenges while managing programme, quality and delivery outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.
- Project leadership experience would be highly regarded, with remuneration reflecting your level of experience.
About You You'll be someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving complex problems and delivering quality architecture.
Ideally you'll bring
- 7+ years' experience within an Australian architectural practice.
- Registered Architect or working towards registration.
- Strong experience delivering medium or high-density residential projects.
- Class 2 experience highly regarded, although candidates from other sectors are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent Revit capability with strong BIM documentation skills.
- Sound understanding of the NCC, Australian Standards and residential construction.
- Strong consultant coordination and stakeholder management experience.
- A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for delivering thoughtful, technically robust architecture.
