The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate looking to maintain a broad practice rather than becoming siloed into one area of law.

Working directly with experienced Partners, you'll enjoy significant autonomy and client contact while advising businesses, investors and private clients across a diverse range of commercial, property and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Advising on commercial contracts, business sales and acquisitions
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Business structuring,



shareholder matters and general commercial advice
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Commercial and residential property transactions
- Property development and related property matters
- Commercial and property disputes
- Contractual disputes, debt recovery and litigation matters

About You

- 5+ years' PAE with experience across commercial, property and/or litigation matters
- Ability to manage matters independently and provide practical, commercially focused advice
- Robust drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills
- A collaborative approach and genuine desire to contribute to a close-knit team
