HT Barbershop is a professional, standards-driven barbershop.

We're recruiting two experienced senior barbers who take pride in their craft, client experience, and professionalism. This is a long-term opportunity for a barber who wants stability, growth, and a serious work environment.

What We're Looking For

- 5 years barbering experience

- High-quality, consistent, finished haircuts

- Robust customer service and communication

- Reliable, punctual, and professional

- Positive attitude and team mindset

- Comfortable capturing photos and short videos of your work

(Content creation is a normal part of the role and discussed clearly during onboarding.)

The Role & Earnings

- Senior-barber-only shop (no trainees)

- Strong walk-in traffic and consistent client demand

- Predictable roster and clear expectations

- Base salary: $79,423 per year, exclusive of superannuation
