Pristine Barbers isn't your average barbershop. Located in the heart of Mount Eliza, we've created a premium, modern coastal space where clients genuinely enjoy spending time. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional haircuts, outstanding customer service and creating an experience that keeps people coming back.
Our shop caters to everyone—from young kids having their first haircut to professionals wanting a premium grooming experience. We've built a relaxed atmosphere with quality finishes, sports on TV and even a bar where adults can enjoy a drink while they wait.
We're growing quickly and are looking for an experienced barber who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of building one of the Peninsula's best barbershops.
This is initially a casual position with consistent hours, leading into a full-time role for the right person.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who:
- Delivers consistently high-quality cuts and fades
- Takes pride in every client that sits in their chair
- Is confident with skin fades, tapers, beard work and modern styles
- Enjoys cutting both adults' and kids' hair
- Builds genuine relationships with clients
- Wants to help grow the business rather than simply collect a pay cheque
- Keeps their station clean and maintains high presentation standards
- Works well within a small, supportive team
What You'll Bring
- Previous barbering experience
- Strong clipper and scissor skills
- Confidence performing modern barbering services
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A willingness to continue learning and improving
