About the role

With a can-do attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn, this is an exciting opportunity for an early career or experienced Pharmacy Assistant to discover this exciting industry. You will be part of our incredible team that ensures plant medications are dispensed and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner.

In the role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including:

Accurately complete, pick and pack e-commerce orders

Inventory management tasks (including putting away stock; stock organisation; stock management)

Providing our patients with top-notch service and counselling, when needed

Administrative and dispense support for pharmacists

Work in cooperation with Pharmacists and Dispense Technicians to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications

Candidate Requirements

Pharmacy students welcome to apply

Pharmacy or experience in a similar inventory-oriented or pick packing role highly advantageous

Attention to detail and orientation towards processes is essential to this role!

Quick learner - the ability to understand and follow our dispensing procedures and to adapt as we grow

Excellent customer service skills - you'll be required at times to direct and assist patients with their orders

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to maintain accurate patient records and regulatory documentation

Outstanding inventory control skills

Medicinal Cannabis experience highly desired but not essential
