Inghams Chickens is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive CI across two sites, Ingleburn and Tahmoor. You will own projects end-to-end—from scoping and data analysis through implementation, verification and handover—and coach site leaders to problem-solve on the floor, not just in training rooms.
The role requires leading VSM, Kaizen, 5S and DMAIC, embedding standard work, and building sustainable CI capability while contributing to the Finding 8 savings program with verified outcomes
