Silverchain is hiring Care Aides in Northam, Toodyay and surrounds (WA). The role is permanent part time (60 hours per fortnight), mainly on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

You will travel between clients' homes delivering high-quality personal care, including showering, grooming, toileting, medication assistance, meal prep and domestic tasks. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable using a mobile app to follow care plans.
