About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Supervisor (3IC) to join our Michael Kors Harbour Town team!

In this exciting leadership opportunity, you’ll play a key role in driving store success, inspiring your team, and delivering an elevated luxury retail experience. Working closely with the management team,



you’ll help bring the brand to life through exceptional client service, strong leadership, and a flawless in-store environment.

You’ll gain exposure across all areas of the business, including:

- Team Leadership – With the guidance of your Store Manager, you will coach, motivate, and empower your team to perform at their very best.
- Client Management – Building lasting relationships and delivering personalised experiences
- CRM & Events – Growing the client base and contributing to engaging in-store activations
- Store Operations – Supporting visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining impeccable store standards

About You

- 2–4 years of retail experience (leadership experience is a plus!)
- A genuine passion for developing your career within Michael Kors
- Solid knowledge of specialty retail, including visual standards and operations
- Confidence with computers and retail systems
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Full permanent working rights
