Job Description

ANSAT SUPPORT PTY LTD ANSAT Support Pty Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Aged or Disabled Carers to join its dedicated team in Harrisdale, Western Australia. This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals living with disabilities and supporting them to achieve independence, dignity, and improved quality of life. You will work across home and community settings, assisting clients with daily living tasks and supporting their participation in social and community activities.

Task & responsibilities

- Providing personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and use of mobility aids
- Supporting daily living activities such as meal preparation and feeding
- Assisting with medication as per care plans and supervision requirements
- Monitoring client health and reporting any changes to supervisors
- Providing emotional support, companionship, and social engagement




- Assisting clients with community access, appointments, and activities
- Maintaining accurate records of care and progress notes
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients

Qualification & experience

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care (preferred)
- Previous experience of 1-3 years in disability support, aged care, or community services
- Understanding of person-centred care and NDIS practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (desirable)
- National Police Check, Working with Children Check (if required)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
