Illawarra Medical Centre is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our busy general practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, manage appointments, and handle payments and direct billing to Medicare.

Ideal candidates will have Best Practice Software experience, excellent people skills, and a qualified telephone manner. Confidentiality and the ability to follow policy are essential in our supportive team environment.
