Ability Action Australia is growing and seeks a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team on the Sunshine Coast. You will provide supports to NDIS participants in the Glasshouse Mountains area and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care.

You will develop Behaviour Support Plans, complete assessments, and support families to implement strategies, while maintaining a caseload and reporting progress to the team.
