Contingent Recruiter - RPO (Financial Services)

We're hiring a Contingent Recruiter to join our Korn Ferry team, embedded with a leading Financial Services client. This is a high-impact role where you'll own contingent hiring through an MSP model while delivering end-to-end recruitment across high-volume operational roles.

What you'll be doing

- Manage contingent hiring through MSP (vendors, agencies, payroll providers)
- Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume frontline roles (e.g. Contact Centre)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to drive hiring outcomes
- Oversee contractor lifecycle, extensions,



and compliance
- Balance speed, quality, and governance in a complex environment

What you'll bring

- Experience in MSP, contingent or temp recruitment
- Confidence managing stakeholders in rapid-moving, structured environments
- A delivery mindset - you know how to hire at volume without compromising quality
- Strong communication and commercial awareness
