What You'll Do

Lead from the front during service, creating a positive and high-performing kitchen culture.

Mentor, coach, and develop chefs at all levels, supporting career growth and succession planning.

Drive food quality, consistency, and presentation standards across a high-volume operation.

Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the brigade.

Manage labour, food costs, and operational performance while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Ensure the highest levels of food safety and workplace safety compliance.

About You

Trade qualified chef with proven leadership experience in fast-paced restaurant, hotel, food hall, or multi-outlet environments. A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team during service. Passionate about mentoring, developing, and inspiring culinary talent. Calm under pressure with the ability to lead large teams through busy service periods. Strong commercial acumen and operational management skills. Committed to delivering outstanding food and guest experiences.
