Lead the Sustainment of Critical Defence ICT Capability

We're seeking an experienced Capability Alignment (IPS) Lead to join a major Defence capability program delivering complex ICT systems that support critical operational outcomes. This is an exciting chance for an experienced Integrated Product Support (IPS) or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professional to influence sustainment strategy across the entire capability lifecycle.

Working alongside engineering, logistics, and commercial teams, you'll lead IPS planning, procurement support, lifecycle management, and configuration activities to ensure complex ICT capabilities transition successfully into long-term service.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead Integrated Product Support (IPS) and sustainment activities for a complex ICT capability.
- Develop supportability strategies, lifecycle plans, and logistics documentation.
- Manage Bills of Material (BoM), asset lifecycle, configuration, and obsolescence planning.
- Provide procurement and Defence ERP guidance to support capability delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and technical teams to ensure successful transition into sustainment.




- Identify and manage capability risks across supply chain, logistics, and ICT environments.

What We're Looking For

You’ll ideally bring:

- 10+ years' experience in ILS, IPS, Defence logistics, or capability sustainment.
- Experience supporting complex Defence acquisition programs.
- Strong knowledge of Defence ERP, procurement, and configuration management.
- Experience developing Bills of Material (BoM), managing asset lifecycles, and maintaining logistics data.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across engineering, ICT, commercial, and logistics teams.

Experience supporting Defence ICT, maritime capability, or complex systems sustainment will be highly regarded.

- Active NV1 Security Clearance (minimum)
