Your new role

We are seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts to support a range of transformational technology initiatives. These roles will play a key part in delivering improvements across enterprise systems, digital platforms and operational processes, helping to drive greater efficiency, integration and service excellence. Working within multidisciplinary project teams, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end business analysis activities, from current-state assessment and future-state design through to testing, deployment and stakeholder adoption.

You will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Requirements gathering, analysis and traceability management.
- Business process mapping and workflow redesign.
- Facilitating workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Developing functional specifications and solution requirements.
- Supporting procurement and vendor engagement activities.
- Planning and executing testing activities, including test script development.




- Producing project documentation and deployment artefacts.
- Analysing and resolving business and project issues.
- Supporting project planning, governance and delivery activities.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering outcomes within complex ICT environments.
- Solid experience across the full Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Expertise in requirements gathering, business process modelling and solution design.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technical environments.
- Advanced workshop facilitation and communication skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations and transformation programs.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies will be highly regarded.
- Experience working within large, complex or highly regulated organisations is advantageous
