Description 8plus years experience as a Senior Business Analyst, leading complex digital and integration initiatives across enterprise programs. Demonstrated delivery experience on large-scale OpenText ECM programs—including Content Suite, xECM, InfoArchive,



with strong capability in content analysis, migration strategy, metadata modelling, retention/records, and integration patterns. Strong exposure to Cloud and SaaS delivery models, including understanding of environment strategies, deployment pipelines, non-functional requirements (performance, security, availability, compliance).

Request/response structures and validation Error handling and exception scenarios Data mapping across upstream/downstream systems Performance, scalability, versioning and integration best practices Hands-on proficiency with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI specs for exploring, validating, and testing APIs and integration endpoints. Strong ability to facilitate workshops, lead requirement discovery, and translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning business SMEs, architects, engineering teams, and vendors.
