Professional Joinery is a rapidly growing custom joinery business based in Mordialloc, specialising in premium residential projects throughout Bayside Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula. We manufacture and install high-end joinery packages, delivering exceptional craftsmanship for private clients, builders and architects. We're looking for an experienced cabinet maker who enjoys building beautiful joinery and wants to be part of a close-knit team that genuinely cares about producing outstanding work.
About the Role
This is a factory-based role where you'll manufacture custom architectural joinery from start to finish. Every project is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving and takes ownership of their work.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in someone who:
- Has experience manufacturing high-quality custom joinery.
- Can confidently read and interpret shop drawings.
- Takes pride in producing work to a premium standard.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Holds a current driver's licence.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
