Western Health’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Services seeks a CYP Worker (FaPMI) for a 12-month, part-time 0.7 FTE role across sites in Melbourne's western region. The position focuses on families where a parent has mental illness, delivering a whole-family approach and strengthening connections for young carers. The role requires team-oriented, culturally inclusive practice and the ability to connect with schools and youth-focused organisations to promote support services.
