About you

We are looking for a Senior Chef positions. You will have a passion for delivering fresh and delicious food to our customers. You must possess the following skills/attributes:

- Experience working in a fast pace & high volume environment
- Team focussed, with experience leading a previous kitchen team efficiently and productively
- Possesses advanced Food Safety awareness and compliance experience
- 4+ years’ experience as a Chef
- Great time management skills and work ethic
- Experience with rostering, stock control, ordering, costings and suppliers
- Must have impeccable health and hygiene
- Able to work a full time roster
