To support this journey, we’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Sydney.

What you'll be doing

- Performing civil design using 12d Model

- Leading Civil Engineering design and delivery for large projects (ie. Data Centres, Skyscrapers, Defence, Subdivision projects, etc.)

- Leading Civil Engineering design and delivery across various industry sectors (ie. Heritage, Health, Defence, Council, etc.)

- Coordinating small, medium and large projects from end to end, including multidisciplinary design coordination, fee estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, scheduling, budget planning and communicating with clients

- Attending internal development sessions, external seminars,



industry forums and events to provide advice and reports to internal stakeholders and to maintain continuous career development (CPD)

- Reviewing Civil Engineering works in relation to Innovis Management System and Quality Management System (ISO90001 and ISO45001) requirements

- Liaising with authorities and service authorities including councils, water authorities, and utility providers to obtain design approvals and service connections

- Ensuring designs comply with relevant Australian Standards, authority guidelines and project specific requirements

- Supporting construction phase activities including responding to Requests for Information (RFI), reviewing shop drawings and providing site based engineering advice

- Preparing and reviewing civil engineering reports including stormwater management reports, drainage strategies, flood assessments and technical notes

- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to graduates and junior engineers

Qualifications and Licenses

- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia

- Provisional or Unrestricted Australian driver’s license
