Symal is seeking a proven civil/structural leader to plan, coordinate and deliver large-scale infrastructure projects in Townsville. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate subcontractors and drive safety, quality and commercial outcomes on a major civil package. You will develop programmes and budgets, monitor costs, mentor Project Engineers and Supervisors, and maintain solid client and stakeholder relationships while upholding Australian standards and safety legislation.
