About The Prospect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit & Risk Underwriter to play a key role in shaping credit decision-making, risk assessment, and transaction structuring across the lending portfolio. This is a hands-on senior position suited to a commercially minded credit professional who enjoys working closely with origination, leadership, and risk stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

About You

- Background in lending, non-bank finance, business banking, or specialty finance — SME or commercial lending experience is highly regarded.
- Strong financial analysis capability, including cashflow modelling, balance sheet analysis, and serviceability assessment.
- Demonstrated experience structuring commercial lending facilities across a range of asset classes and security types.
- Sound understanding of credit risk, security structures, and risk mitigation techniques, including property security, personal guarantees, and other collateral arrangements.
