Senior Contracts Administrator to 30M Landmark Development | 160K–180K + Super

Our client is a highly respected Tier 2 commercial builder with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex and high-profile projects across Australia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their Building team on a landmark 30M commercial development.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of the project from procurement through to final account, working closely with consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team to ensure successful commercial outcomes.

- Significant experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator within commercial construction.

Working alongside Project Managers and Site Managers, you will manage the commercial delivery of a diverse range of projects, including commercial new builds, heavy refurbishments, live-environment upgrades and premium office fitouts.
