The Decision Support

Unit at Canberra Health Services is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, validation and support of technical solutions for a range of data science challenges and research initiatives. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of diversity, inclusiveness and respect across the team and stakeholder groups, while driving continuous improvement in the development of health data and analytical products.

You will also identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance data analysis and service delivery, helping to deliver meaningful outcomes for Canberra Health Services. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader who can mentor and guide a diverse team, demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of service delivery. You will be committed to innovation and continuous improvement, bringing a proactive approach to strengthening organisational capability and performance.
