The client is running a large portfolio of concurrent initiatives across applications, data, infrastructure and business change, supported by a robust internal leadership team organised into distinct capability areas and by external delivery partners. They need a senior delivery operator who can work across all of it and keep delivery moving.

The client will retain ownership of strategy, roadmap and team accountability;

your role is to create delivery momentum across the portfolio, surface decisions early and help the right conversations happen at the right time. You will be supported by Kestrel Eight throughout the engagement, with clear communication, practical onboarding and ongoing contact and support while you are working with the client. What you will do Maintain a single, current view of delivery across the portfolio: status, dependencies, blockers and next actions for the executive.

Work with delivery leadership to support delivery discipline, decision readiness and cadence, with early focus on initiatives that have stalled.

Resolve cross-functional blockers and prepare decisions for executives with clear context and options.

Coordinate external delivery partners so their activity stays aligned to the client’s priorities.

Work with the data, architecture and service management leads so delivery reflects agreed standards and lands operable.

Provide delivery input into portfolio planning and sequencing led by the client.

Communicate the transformation direction clearly, including visual representation of current and target state and the initiative roadmap, to build alignment and buy-in across teams and with the executive.

What you will bring Fifteen or more years in ICT program and project delivery within enterprise environments.

A track record leading delivery across multi-vendor and multi-partner settings.

Enough enterprise and solution architecture grounding to engage credibly with architecture and data teams.





Confident stakeholder management to executive level.

Comfort operating within established governance and portfolio structures.

A track record of producing enterprise architecture and transformation roadmap artefacts that land with executive and board audiences.

Industry experience is well regarded: residential construction or home building, or large asset-intensive enterprises such as resources, infrastructure or utilities.

The ability to create order and momentum in a busy environment without adding unnecessary process.
