About The Role

We are hiring a Regional Controller in Sydney to own end‑to‑end controllership across the Eucalyptus group and other in‑scope international entities as the legal and reporting structure evolves. This role will lead the accounting function, including treasury, AP, payroll, and own reporting and control environment for the international business, including local Australian reporting and reporting to the US‑listed parent Company. The role will play a key role in establishing the first year SOX (Sarbanes‑Oxley) control setting compliance programme and will be responsible for ensuring the group closes accurately, reports reliably, operates with strong discipline, and meets the expectations of Hims & Hers’ global accounting leadership.
