We are an established Australian fashion business with a solid wholesale network, retail presence, and rapidly growing live-selling business. We are now expanding our online division and are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Growth Manager to scale our Shopify website into a leading online fashion destination.
This is not a standard administration role. We are looking for someone who can build, grow and manage a high-performing online fashion business and help take our brand to the next level.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced Shopify experience
- Experience with Shopify apps and integrations
- Meta, Google and TikTok Ads
- Klaviyo
- Google Analytics
- Reporting and forecasting
- Coordinating product photography and fashion campaigns
- Previous experience with fashion or apparel brands preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and optimise our Shopify website
- Upload and merchandise products
- Create and execute online growth strategies
- Improve website conversion rates
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns
- Manage SMS marketing campaigns
- Oversee SEO strategy
- Manage online sales events and product launches
- Coordinate product photography and content creation
- Work alongside management to develop long-term growth plans
- Build systems that allow the business to scale nationally and internationally
