- These roles require availability to work a rotating roster aligned with the below hours:
- Monday to Friday nights - 7:30pm to 3:00am
- Saturday & Sunday nights – 5:30pm to 3:00am

- A forklift licence will be required and experience driving high-reach forklifts will be highly regarded
About this work area
As an Overnight Fulfilment Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
- Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
- Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
As an Overnight Fulfilment Co-worker you have:
- A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.
- A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers.
- Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently.
- An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
