Who we are:

Think Outdoor Power/ Think Water Central Coast is a specialist water solutions and outdoor power equipment business located at Peats Ridge on the NSW Central Coast. We are focused on the design, supply and installation of quality pump and irrigation systems as well as retail sales and workshop servicing of a range of outdoor power equipment including Stihl and Honda.

We are now seeking a reliable and practical person to join our team as a Small Engine Mechanic/ Internal Salesperson. This varied role combines customer service, irrigation sales, parts interpretation and workshop duties. No two days are the same and you'll be working with products and equipment that keep local farms, properties and businesses running.

The role:

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting farmers, contractors and rural customers with irrigation, pumping and outdoor power equipment solutions.

- Providing sales support, quotations and product advice.

- Identifying and supplying spare parts and accessories.

- Servicing and repairing small engines and outdoor power equipment.

- Assembling and preparing new equipment for delivery.

- Assisting with stock control, merchandising and general store operations.

- Supporting workshop activities and maintaining a safe and tidy workplace.

The successful candidate:





The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, an ability to develop strong customer relations and complete tasks to a high standard. You will be an allrounder with a mechanical aptitude and preferably experience servicing and repairing small motors. Experience in internal sales, customer service or trade retail - irrigation, pumps, plumbing, outdoor power equipment, agriculture or hardware highly regarded. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn technical products and systems.

Applicants must have drivers' license and be available to work Saturday mornings on a roster basis.
