The Crushing Maintenance Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of crushing equipment at our magnetite deposit in the MidWest, WA. This position is vital for maintaining high safety standards and optimising production processes, contributing to the overall success of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of crushers, crushing equipment and other mobile plant to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimise downtime.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to identify potential issues.




- Collaborate with production teams to ensure maintenance activities align with operational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a crushing or heavy machinery environment.
- Robust understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
