Internship Program Overview
This internship is available through Readygrad's Qualified Internship Program , which includes a fee of $2,500 (incl. GST) payable in 6 equal instalments ($417 each) and includes:

Internship Description
Do you want to create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences? As a UX/UI Design Intern , you’ll gain practical experience working with Australian companies to design, test, and improve websites, apps, and digital platforms. Typical tasks may include:
- Assisting with user research and usability testing
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Supporting the design of responsive interfaces for web and mobile
- Collaborating with developers to ensure user-focused design outcomes
- Analysing user feedback and suggesting improvements
Knowledge & Skills
As this is an internship role, we welcome applications from university students and recent graduates. The following knowledge and skills will help you succeed:
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and design processes
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Awareness of responsive web and mobile design practices
- Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for improving user experiences

Eligibility
This program is open to international students and graduates who are:
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in design, IT, human-computer interaction, or a related field
- Interested in applying UX/UI skills in a professional Australian workplace
- Looking to gain practical experience to start a career in digital design
The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated Mentor and Placement Consultant to guide, coach and offer career advice throughout the internship placement.
