Ericsson is seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join a small CCxx/UDM support team within MOAI NEO, focusing on 5G Core and Cloud Core solutions for NACI customers. You will support complex L2/L3 incidents, improve live network stability, and collaborate with product, project and problem management teams to reduce outages and introduce current CCxx releases safely.

You will own critical incident response, analyse logs and system behavior to prevent repeat faults, and mentor peers to drive
