You will own the full employee lifecycle across centres, blending day-to-day advisory work with longer‑term improvements in systems, processes, and leadership capability.
Reporting to the CEO, you will coach managers, ensure Fair Work Act and Up-to-date Awards compliance, manage Employment Hero, and help shape a high‑performing, compliant culture across NSW, ACT and VIC.
