An exciting and challenging prospect awaits a friendly and enthusiastic couple to manage the award-winning Julia Creek Caravan Park from September 2026 onwards. The successful applicants will have a strong background in caravan park management and be knowledgeable of all daily operations, RMS booking software and be willing to be hands-on with their approach. Manager’s will independently manage the Caravan Park under the guidance of the Council’s Community Services Team Leader. The Park offers guests over 40 powered caravan sites, large grass areas for powered and unpowered camping, 5 self-contained cabins (2 x 6-berth and 3 x 4-berth), a self-contained fully-accessible cabin and 4 twin-single cabins with communal bathroom facilities. The Park is situated within walking distance to the Julia Creek CBD and is located opposite the Julia Creek Swimming Pool and off-leash dog park. Council has also heavily invested in a wide range of infrastructure tailored to provide guests with a magnificent stay which include 6 Artesian Bathhouses (2 bathtubs in each), 2 amenities blocks, free Wi-Fi, a large camp kitchen





This is a contract position for a minimum of 12 months (with option to extend for an additional 12 months) and successful applicants will require their own ABN. A highly competitive remuneration package including a fully furnished 3-bedroom house, internet and electricity is provided for the duration of the term. Council is responsible for all operational and maintenance costs
