Maylands Hotel, part of Matthews Hospitality Group, seeks an experienced Head Chef to lead our busy kitchen and elevate the Maylands dining experience. You will mentor junior chefs, refine systems, and foster a respectful, high-performing culture centered on freshness, quality, and consistency.
You’ll work closely with venue leadership to continually improve menus, guest experiences and kitchen operations, while ensuring Food Safety, HACCP and WHS compliance.
