Role Description Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the building fabric in line with required service levels, including but not limited to painting and decorating, meeting room and event set-ups and set-downs, door and floor repairs, dispenser repairs, basic plumbing, adjustable desk resets, socket checks, fuse replacements, furniture relocations, mastic works and basic carpentry.

Take ownership of plant rooms, risers, service areas and engineering spaces within the demise, ensuring they are maintained in a secure, compliant, well-organised and presentable condition at all times, with strong standards of housekeeping and clear accountability for operational control.

Ensure all maintenance records, statutory documentation and service information relevant to the role are accurately maintained, updated and filed within the logbook system in line with contractual and compliance requirements.

Supervision of one fabric engineer Use the CAFM system to log, track, update and close daily tasks accurately, ensuring all works are recorded in real time and supported by clear, complete and auditable records.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on work progress, status, risks and outcomes,



while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

Supervise, monitor and inspect work carried out by specialist contractors to ensure protected systems of work are followed and tasks are completed to the required quality and compliance standards.

Actively contribute to the provision of a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring compliance with all CBRE policies and procedures, as well as client policies, procedures and working arrangements.

Participate in monthly OP61 reviews.

Participate in weekly QHSE and Technical meetings.

Monitor and manage an email inbox in a timely and professional manner, ensuring requests are acknowledged, prioritised and responded to appropriately or escalated where required.

Complete all assigned eLearning and mandatory training within required timescales, maintaining compliance with company, client and statutory training requirements.

Be available to work outside core hours, including evenings and weekends, where required to support business needs, planned works, shutdowns or emergency response activities.

Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management, consistent with the scope, level and responsibilities of the role.

Qualifications and Experience: Recognised trade qualification or completed apprenticeship.

Demonstrable experience and knowledge in building fabric maintenance services.

Experience of working in a high-profile corporate environment to exceptional standards.

Formal health and safety training.

Working knowledge of COSHH, working at height, RAMS and safe systems of work.

Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, instructions and processes.

Robust customer focus and a proactive approach to service delivery.

Robust verbal communication skills and a good standard of written communication.

Self-motivated, organised and methodical, with the ability to manage workload effectively.

Excellent attention to detail, with a disciplined and task-focused approach to work.
