Senior Finance Business Partner | Healthcare | Sydney CBD | $140-$150k + Super THE COMPANY

Highbury Executive is recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a growing Australian healthcare organisation currently investing heavily in systems and commercial capability. This role sits close to the action partnering directly with operational leaders on performance, decision-making and change.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the responsibilities will include and not be limited to:

- Partner with operational leaders to deliver budgets, forecasts and financial performance targets across multiple business units.
- Provide commercial insights and financial analysis that support strategic decision-making, profitability and sustainable growth.
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives by identifying efficiencies, improving financial visibility and challenging expenditure across the business.
- Lead finance involvement in ERP implementation and system enhancement projects, ensuring successful adoption and continuous improvement.
- Identify and deliver finance process transformation initiatives that strengthen controls, automate reporting and improve operational efficiency.




- Develop insightful management reporting, KPIs and performance dashboards that enable proactive business decisions.
- Build solid relationships across finance and operations to influence outcomes, improve financial capability and support organisational change.

ABOUT YOU

- CA or CPA qualified, with 5+ years in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance
- Strong track record managing budgets, forecasting and cost performance in a complex organisation
- Hands-on involvement in ERP implementation, finance transformation or process improvement
- Advanced financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn data into commercial insight
- Confidence influencing senior operational stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and experience with large ERP platforms (Dynamics, Oracle, SAP or similar)
- Healthcare or service-industry experience highly regarded but not essential
