We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our dynamic team at The Hair and Barber Room in Fremantle, Western Australia. You will play a key part in delivering exceptional hair services and salon experiences to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing · Providing high-quality haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients

· Advising clients on the latest hair trends and recommending suitable treatments and products

· Maintaining a professional and hygienic work workplace

· Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient salon operation

· Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for:

· Fully qualified senior hairdresser with minimum 3 years' experience

· Skilled in both men's and woman's classic to modern styles and colouring and highlighting techniques

· Confident in short cuts and skin fades or willing to learn

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Grounded ,

· Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development

· Adaptability and flexibility

· Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent formal qualification required
