Our client, a leading global fintech, is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join its high-performing People team on an initial 12-month contract.
Supporting a dedicated technology portfolio, you'll partner closely with leaders to deliver pragmatic people solutions while contributing to broader HR initiatives across the business. About the role:
- Partner with leaders across a dedicated technology portfolio to provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Take ownership of complex people matters, providing practical advice and coaching to managers.
- Support organisational change, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations.
- Align people initiatives with business priorities to drive engagement and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with specialist HR teams, including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development and People Operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives,
helping simplify and enhance people processes.
About you:
- Proven experience in a HR Business Partner role
- Strong employee relations and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- A pragmatic, commercially minded approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence across all levels of the business.
- Experience within technology, financial services or other fast-paced corporate environments will be highly regarded.
