As a Territory Sales Representative , you'll drive the growth of our isolation valve business across Western Australia. Based in Perth, Kalgoorlie, or Geraldton , you'll work closely with customers to build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver technical and after-sales solutions that support their ongoing success.

Leveraging Emerson's established customer base, you'll focus on growing existing accounts, promoting service offerings and long-term agreements, and helping customers maximise plant reliability and uptime.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

- Proactively build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive new business and regional growth
- Manage, promote, and grow isolation valve sales across the territory, with a strong focus on after-sales products, services, and long-term service agreements
- Conduct customer presentations, training sessions, and participate in roadshows and exhibitions
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide technical and commercial product support, working closely with the Proposals team to prepare quotations
- Implement regional sales and marketing strategies, manage the assigned bookings budget, and maintain accurate CRM reporting while monitoring market trends and competitor activity

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Previous sales experience, ideally face-to-face within technical or industrial environments
- Experience or knowledge of the mining, chemical, power, or water industries
- Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM systems and the ability to manage and prioritise a regional sales territory
