The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of Heavy DieselFitters,
Servicepersons, Mechanics and Tyre Fitters
- Schedule, allocate, and monitor maintenance tasks
- Drive safety and compliance through effectiveleadership and field presence
- Lead preventative maintenance and scheduledservicing
- Support planning, breakdown response, andcontinuous improvement initiatives
- Accurate recording and reviewing of maintenancedata via AMT
- Maintain detailed maintenance records and ensurereporting accuracy
What You'll Need
- Trade-qualified in relevant mechanical field(Diesel Fitter / Plant Mechanic or similar)
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in anopen-cut mining setting
- Strong working knowledge of CAT & Komatsu surfacemobile equipment
- Ability to lead a team, communicate professionally,and liaise confidently with clients and management
- Ability to wear a respirator uninhibited (no facialhair)
