Speech Pathologist (Paediatric) | Flexible Hours | School Hours Available | NOR Perth

Part-time with opportunity to grow

$85,000-117,000 + 12% Super (dependent on experience)

Established caseload ready to go | Immediate start available | Employer sponsorship considered

Looking for a role you'll still love in five years?

Imagine working somewhere that trusts you to do your job.

A place where you're supported, but not micromanaged.

Where flexibility isn't just something written in a job advertisement, but something that's genuinely built around your life.

At Look Who's Talking , we're a paediatric practice in Perth's northern suburbs (Sinagra), providing Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services to children and their families.

We're intentionally a small team because we believe the best workplaces are built on strong relationships, open communication and kindness—not corporate targets or unrealistic expectations. We genuinely care about our team, celebrate each other's successes and create an environment where clinicians feel valued, respected and supported.

As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for another Speech Pathologist to join us. We have an established caseload ready to go, an active waitlist, and the flexibility to build your workload at a pace that feels right for you.

Whether you're an experienced clinician looking for greater work-life balance or an early career practitioner, we'd love to hear from you.

What Makes This Role Different?

Design a Work Week That Suits Your Life

We know everyone's ideal work week looks different.

- Work school hours
- Work 2-4 days per week
- Gradually increase your hours over time
- Complete your administration from home
- Have one dedicated mobile day or spread visits across the week

We'll work with you to create a schedule that genuinely suits your lifestyle.

Mobile visits are generally within 20 minutes of our Sinagra clinic, with appointments grouped geographically wherever possible to minimise travel.

Join a Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team

You'll be working alongside experienced Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists who genuinely enjoy collaborating and supporting one another.

Our clinic is also co-located with a childcare centre, providing opportunities to collaborate with educators and support children within their everyday learning environment.

You'll never feel like just another employee or a number.

We intentionally keep our team small because relationships matter to our clients and to each other.

We believe everyone should have a voice, feel comfortable sharing ideas and be involved as our practice continues to grow.

If you're looking for a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work and supporting one another, you'll fit right in.

Support Without Micromanagement

We believe clinicians do their best work when they feel trusted.

Our Clinical Director remains readily available throughout the week for clinical support, mentoring and case discussions. You'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your own caseload while always knowing support is only a phone call away.

Quality Therapy Comes First

We don't believe in unrealistic KPIs or productivity targets.

Instead, we focus on providing exceptional,

family-centred therapy while ensuring our clinicians have the time and support they need to do their best work.

Protected administration time is built into your week, and our administration team takes care of scheduling and invoicing so you can focus on your clients.
