Day to day responsibilities:

- Prepare and present high quality dishes
- Develop new and innovative recipes
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage kitchen staff and provide training and guidance
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
- Collaborate with management on menu planning and development
- Monitor food costs and control waste
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

The right candidate needs to:

- Possess relevant qualification at the level of a Certificate IV or Diploma in Commercial Cookery or higher.
- Have minimum of 2 years' experience in similar role.
- Be able to develop menu according to seasonal ingredients and have experience in grilling both meat and seafood.
- Be able to work evenings,



Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays up to 12am.
- Have strong personal hygiene.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Robust knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
