WorkPac are seeking an experienced Civil Labourer for a local position in Newman. This role is Monday to Friday, 8-10hr dayshifts only, $50.38 per hr.

About Our Client

Our client is a well-established civil contractor delivering road maintenance, infrastructure, and construction services across regional Western Australia. They are committed to maintaining high safety standards while delivering quality outcomes for the communities they support.

What You Will Be Doing

Assisting with road works and general civil labouring duties

Completing litter bin collection and general roadside maintenance

Supporting road crews with day-to-day site activities

Operating equipment where required and maintaining a safe work environment

Following all site safety procedures and project requirements

What You Will Need

Current HR Driver's Licence (automatic accepted)

White Card

Previous experience in civil construction, road works, or a similar environment (preferred)





Bobcat Ticket (desirable)

Traffic Control Ticket (desirable)

Strong commitment to safety and the ability to work well within a team
